CAN I USE YOUR MAIL FORWARDING SERVICE?

Yes... we can forward your mail for the cost of a 1st Class stamp plus 50p per letter.  Small parcels are collection only.

For mail forwarding we require a minimum draw down deposit of £50, which will need to be topped up periodically, dependant on usage.

DO YOU PROVIDE A TELEPHONE ANSWERING SERVICE AND VIRTUAL RECEPTIONIST?

We believe that the very best way to deal with important enquiries and promote your business is directly through you and your team, and is something that shouldn't be delegated. So we strongly recommend that you keep control of this in order to build a successful business.

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE TO SET UP A VIRTUAL OFFICE?

1. Your home address and the home addresses for all of the Directors

2. A Utility bill linked to each Director's home address (dated within 3-months)

3. A copy of your Passports or Driving Licences

4. Your company Registration Number

5. A signed copy of our terms and conditions
